Join us for the IRL livestream of the NYC Veterans Day Parade 2025, a proud annual tradition honoring the service and sacrifice of America’s veterans and active-duty military members!
Experience the vibrant procession as the 2025 New York City Veterans Day Parade marches up Fifth Avenue, celebrating our nation’s heroes with pride and respect.
Veterans Day Parade 2025 NYC will mark the 250th anniversary of the U.S. military by celebrating the birth of its three senior service branches: The Army, Marine Corps and Navy. This year, each of the New York City Veterans Day Parade Grand Marshals represents one of those branches.
Former SSG and Medal of Honor recipient Clinton Romesha. Army Grand Marshal is a decorated combat veteran whose courage under fire earned the nation’s highest military honor. This individual has dedicated their post-service life to veteran advocacy and continues to inspire both military and civilian audiences with stories of resilience and leadership.
Marine veteran and homeless veterans’ advocate Stephen Peck. Marine Corps Grand Marshal is a Vietnam veteran who has spent nearly 30 years serving fellow veterans, leading the nation’s largest nonprofit dedicated to ending veteran homelessness. Under their leadership, veteran homelessness in America has been cut nearly in half, helping tens of thousands of veterans reclaim their dignity and find homes.
NASA Astronaut and retired U.S. Navy Captain Sunita “Suni” Williams. Navy Grand Marshal served as both a naval aviator and NASA astronaut. She has logged over 600 days in space, holds spacewalk records, and continues to inspire Americans to reach new heights while never forgetting their military roots.
Veterans Day is a U.S. public holiday observed annually on November 11 to honor all those who have served in the armed forces, both in wartime and peacetime.
It is a day to thank veterans for their service and was originally known as Armistice Day to commemorate the end of World War I on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month in 1918.
Unlike Memorial Day, which honors those who died in service, Veterans Day recognizes all living and deceased veterans for their patriotism and sacrifice.
