I had so much creating this one and was joined for the baking of the cake by my good friend Kerry of Angels Kitchen – she is a baking whiz and was the mastermind behind the pineapple and lime flavoured sponge alongside loads of other flavour creations she had me taste test lol.
The tutorial involves loads of learning techniques; baking, ganache, chocolate, cake covering, modelling and loads of painting with a spot of dusting.
